Now’s the time to think green…about employee engagement.

We wrap up the week with a quick, user-friendly list of resources, resources to help you select and green newsimplement strategies to turn your company even greener.

Why would you want to do that?

For the earth. At the individual and home level, the commitment to green grows stronger and stronger. Planet Green provides scores of ideas and examples from Fashion & Beauty to Food & Health to Home & Garden to Technology and Transportation…and more.
Green Planet has the same focus. This website provides in-depth information (almost tutorials) on specific greening tools and resources: solar panels, water purifiers, bamboo. I call this site “resource rich.”

For the economy.
The United Nations Green Economy Initiative is designed to assist governments in ‘greening’ their economies in a number of ways. This is a thorough, easy-to-navigate website.
The Green Economy is an online media source (magazine, blog, and more) with a full array of interesting, readable articles and posts.

For employee engagement.
Greenbiz.com offers articles galore, reporting on successful businesses successfully greening their efforts. From cement makers to packaging design and much more.

It’s up to you to pick the project, the program, the procedure that fits your business culture and will turn on your employees’ engagement.
But don’t say there aren’t plenty of ideas out there!
