Now’s the time when Best Company to Work For (BCTWF) lists come out. I’ve included links to several of these lists below.
But before you go there, is yours a BCTWF? In your city, state, or your industry? If it is, what makes it so?
If it’s not, how about these questions to ask (and answer!) so next year you’ll be on that list, whether it’s one of the lists below or one of your own making:
- Do we build and maintain engagement among our employees? How?
- Do we show that we value and respect employees’ opinions? How?
- Do we clearly communicate expectations at every level of the business?
- Do we recognize–even celebrate–employee achievements?
- Do we define and communicate and constantly evaluate our business culture?
Expect more posts expanding each of these questions in the coming weeks.
