Build employees’ confidence
It’s time or Tactic 3 of your Employee Engagement Strategy.
Keep in mind, please, that Employee Engagement is a success driver that you can aim at any of these (and more) success results:
Improved performance
Customer satisfaction
Customer loyalty
Customer referrals
Quality of product
Increased revenue; increased earnings
Improved employee retention
Community recognition and respect
Increased market share
