I really love the suggestion at the end about inviting small groups to comment on plans and projects with the what&#039;s right/what&#039;s wrong/what&#039;s missing framework.   Those are powerful conversation prompts and have the added bonus of performing a quality assurance function in addition to enhancing engagement. I love the stuff that does double duty like that!
