Who’s Talking about Employee Engagement and Tough Times?

Actually, not that many people. And that's surprising.

The economy keeps tossing bad numbers, bad news, bad vibes at entrepreneurs, small businesses, medium companies and large corporations. It's definitely affecting the employee engagement in both degree and desire. We sense it, see it, hear about it.

But we don't read much about it.

I've had the pleasure of reading a few blog postings in the past couple of weeks and of writing several myself.

But not enough, I figure.
