Building confidence builds engagement

Build employees’ confidence

It’s time or Tactic 3 of your Employee Engagement Strategy.

Keep in mind, please, that Employee Engagement is a success driver that you can aim at any of these (and more) success results:

  • Improved performance
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Customer loyalty
  • Customer referrals
  • Quality of product
  • Increased revenue; increased earnings
  • Improved employee retention
  • Community recognition and respect
  • Increased market share

Those are reasons enough to give some strategic attention to employee engagement.

Build confidence.

  • Provide them training to equip them with base and advanced knowledge, with skills, and with expertise.
  • Partner them with mentors, giving them a ready and steady source of advice and counsel.
  • Generate opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills base. Panel discussions, lunch-and-learns, guest speakers all highlight their opportunity to learn and your commitment to their confidence.

The more employees feel certain (and confident) about  what to do and how to do it, the more they will engage in doing it.
