5 questions if you lead employee engagement (or hope to)

Thursday’s a good day to ask your business leaders (that may be your Leadership Self) 5 easy questions about employee engagement in their business.

Answers can be shared. That’s a good idea.

  • How might a good leader develop an employee engagement policy and practice in the business?
  • What are ways the leader ensures that policy and that practice are faithfully implemented?
  • If a true leader models desired behaviors (rather than just voices them), what are examples of modeling “leader engagement”?
  • What types of communication — to keep the engagement fires burning — should a leader practice?
  • What are proven ways a leader can get close enough to the action to see engagement rather than just read survey results?
