Engagement in one’s work is exciting. It generates senses of accomplishment, achievement, commitment…and making a difference.
Excitement stimulates energy: physical, mental and emotional.
Excitement heightens enthusiasm: the good feeling of “this makes a difference”.
Excitement impacts others: positive experience can be contagious in work situations.
