Leading from the C.O.R.E.

Leading from the C.O.R.E. presents the thrust of leadership improvement, rather than leadership development. And it bases that improvement on recognition, appreciation, and application of the C.O.R.E. of Engagement principles.

The Leading from the C.O.R.E. keynote is highly adaptable. We may either develop each content point with an “only the names have been changed” illustrative example or select one or two of the points and more fully elaborate its concept-base and techniques for application.

In the workshop or breakout session format, Leading from the C.O.R.E. introduces a number of small group activities, discussion components, and ample Q&A. The contents and objectives of the workshop extend the depth and detail of the program.
