Every so often, admittedly, my engagement slows w a y down. Sometimes I know there’s tons to do and none of it is unappealing. (OK, almost all of it is appealing.) Still, my own engagement needs a jump start.

I’m with my Mom this week. She’s entering her 3rd year of diagnosed Alzheimer’s. She’s talking rarely. Yet watching her, I hear these lessons from her.
You can figure how each one links to employee engagement.
And to everything else.
