- Streamlined processes and procedures for working with us, eliminating any glitches.
Here are our standard terms of agreement:
- A letter of agreement specifies the program(s) to be delivered. This includes a high-level summary of content and purpose, format, date(s) of delivery, and investment amount.
- Signature of the letter of agreement holds the date for 15 days; deposit of 50% of investment guarantees the delivery.
- Standard cancellation terms are included: (a) more than 30 days in advance of event returns full deposit, (b) within 30 days of event holds deposit for rescheduled delivery/event.
- The balance (50%) is payable upon completion of presentation(s).
- Travel and expenses include only lodging, airfare, airport parking and/or ground transportation to/from airport. These are invoiced within 5 days of event; reimbursement is due within 15 days of event.
